Dear editor:
Recently, I read a letter to the editor from the Wyoming Rising vice chairwoman. The letter expounds on how “Wyoming Rising is a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization dedicated to…” Also, I went to Wyoming Rising’s website and saw a parade of billboards on the home page.
Within that parade of billboards was a photo of a 2019 Wyoming Rising sponsored billboard on Big Horn Avenue in Cody promoting Biden and Harris for president and VP during the 2019 campaign season. That doesn’t seem very nonpartisan to me.

Thank you, Vince, for your comments. From 2/23/2022, Vice Chair Tafoya has most definitely declared her partisanship. She was appalled that the Convention of States would pass amendments that would 1) Require a balanced federal budget (???), 2) Impose limits on federal spending and taxation (??), 3) Remove federal management of several departments. TOTALLY sounds like a Democrat to me…. Also, they encouraged cross-over voting (which they’ve now removed from their website.). There’s a law against that now :). probably because of this deceitful practice. I rebutted her in the Cody Enterprise on 3/2/22 and am about to rebut her most recent letter to Editor.
I for one appreciate your concern!
