Track Park County's general election results live

Posted

Park County residents are settling scores of local races in today's general election.

Among other items, local voters are helping pick two of Wyoming’s next members of Congress and a new governor, weighing in on an initiative that would slash homeowners’ property taxes, determining the fate of a proposed county-wide sales tax hike and choosing dozens of officials, ranging from lawmakers to cemetery board members.

Between Meeteetse and Frannie, county voters are sifting through about 120 candidates and considering the performance of four judges.

As of Monday evening, more than 5,300 county residents had already cast their ballots, the Park County Elections Office reported. The figure accounts for nearly a third of the registered voters in the county and (narrowly) beats the early turnout from the last off-cycle general election in 2022.

Any outstanding absentee ballots must be turned into the clerk’s office by 7 p.m. today. Voters who have yet to cast their ballots today also must get to their polling place by 7 p.m.

We'll start providing live updates not long after the polls close. They should appear in the box below.
