On the first day of this year, Teri, by which she was known, passed away peacefully, but unexpectedly, at her home in Lexington, Illinois, with her husband Eric by her side.
Teri was born Oct. 23 of 1969. She was adopted by Powell native Mike Lindsay, and graduated from Powell High School in 1988. She met Gene Burgher while attending Northwest College, and they married and moved to Grand Junction, Colorado, where she lived for about 30 years, and raised three children.
She was active in her community’s youth softball leagues and worked as a bartender.
Teri was preceded in death by her mother Roberta “Ginger” Lindsay Becker, her daughter Kimberly, and two grandchildren who died as infants, and her grandparents.
She is survived by her husband, Eric Cramer, of Illinois. She also leaves behind her son, Riley, her daughter, Krista, two grandchildren, Kaius and Kari, of Grand Junction, Colorado, and her father, Mike Lindsay, of Powell.
