Dear editor:
I would like to express my thanks and appreciation to so many who helped make the 2025 Thanksgiving community dinner a huge success.
Without the blessing of God and the generous contributions of food and labor it would not be possible. Once again Jimmy and Rachel Biles donated 24 turkeys. Trent Sessions and John Deere set up our tables. Jason Foulger and Blair's opened for us on Thanksgiving Day when we ran low on a couple things. Thanks to the support of Hope Lutheran, Grace Point, New Life, Trinity, St. Barbara’s, United Church of Powell, Glad Tidings, Faith Community, Powell Church of Christ, Wade Myrick and Pepsi and all the folks who came to help serve, bake pies, carve turkeys, help cook, wash dishes, deliver and cheerfully contribute their time and energy to such a wonderful event. Thank you all.
