Her caregivers at Town Hall Estates were tireless in their efforts to care for Rosie. Rosie was a light in this world. She gave hugs freely, was free of malice and judgment, and exuded happiness. Her love of music and dancing was unparalleled. She was the epitome of innocence and will be missed by all who were fortunate enough to have known her.
