Teresa Stroschein Wagner

Teresa Stroschein Wagner unexpectedly departed this world for heaven on April 17, to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, and to be reunited with her brother Kirk Stroschein, her sisters Monica Bethke and Cecelia McNutt, her parents Ronald and Betty Stroschein, lifelong friend Becky Mann, and many other loved ones.

Teresa was born in 1953, and raised in Aberdeen, Idaho with her eight siblings. Of her siblings, she is survived by five, including Virginia Stroschein, Mark Stroschein, Anita Stroschein, Ronda Burgemeister and Rita Aumeier.

As an adult, she moved to Rock Springs, Wyoming, where she met her husband and love of her life, Rodger Wagner. The two of them made a loving home in Frannie, Wyoming, where they raised five children: Sean (Trudi) Wagner, Katie (Rich) Van Deer, Lacey Wagner, Sara (Tony) LeFevre and Ty (Tolly) Wagner. Teresa cherished and loved Rodger, each of her children, 11 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren, her siblings, countless nieces and nephews, and friends with all her heart. She made each of them feel special and loved every moment of her life. Teresa never knew a stranger and was kind to everyone she met.

Until her retirement, Teresa worked as a registered nurse (RN) at New Horizons Care Center in Lovell, Powell Valley Care Center and Heartland Assisted Living in Powell. She loved and cared for each of her residents as if they were family. She will forever be remembered for her kind heart, compassion, and deep love for her family and all those she knew. Heaven welcomed a true angel.

In lieu of sending flowers to Teresa’s home, please help her to bless a few more residents by sending them to a local assisted living or care center.

As per her request, no funeral service will be held.
