Dear editor:
I was disappointed to see that the Powell Tribune published yet another negative letter about me today written by another person I’ve never met.
This one is written by Becket Hinckley, a resident of California, who appears to be the same Becket Hinckley who was suspended from the practice of law in 2022 for numerous violations of the Rules of Professional Conduct as a prosecutor.
Suffice to say that Mr. Hinckley does not accurately portray this law school journal article. I believe in transparency and am happy to provide it to anyone who would like to judge for themselves.
Throughout this challenging campaign process I am doing my best to stay out of the mud and working to show how I can serve Park County. This letter needed a response however.
