Lateral project bids
ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Sealed bids, entitled “Lateral D52 Piping Project Phase II Procurement Project” addressed to the Deaver Irrigation District (hereafter referred to as the “Buyer”) will be received at the office of the Irrigation District Manager, (P. O. Box 205-USPS delivery) 15 First Avenue East (Hand Delivery, UPS/FedEx), Deaver, WY 82421, until 2:00 p.m. local time, Tuesday, October 13, 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.
The following is a general description of the work:
Supply irrigation pipe, appurtenances and fittings for Lateral D52 conversion to a pressurized pipeline.
All bids must be accompanied by a Cashier’s Check, a Certified Check or a Bid Bond in the amount equal to not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid amount, payable to the order of the Deaver Irrigation District, as liquidated damages in the event said successful bidder shall fail or refuse to execute the contract in accordance with the terms of his bid.
Information and Bidding Documents for the Project can be found at HYPERLINK “http://www.jub.com”www.jub.com. Bidding Documents may be downloaded from the designated website. Prospective Bidders are urged to register with the designated website as a plan holder, even if Bidding Documents are obtained from a plan room or source other than the designated website in either electronic or paper format. The designated website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Buyer nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website.

The Bidder must supply all the information required by the bid documents and specifications.
Bids received after the hour and date specified will be returned unopened.
Bids may not be withdrawn after the time fixed for opening them. The Buyer reserves the right to waive irregularities in the bids and reject any and all bids.
After a contract is awarded, the successful bidder will be required to furnish separate Performance and Payment Bonds, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount.
The contract will be awarded to the responsible certified resident making the lowest proposal if the certified resident’s proposal is not more than five percent (5%) higher than that of the lowest responsible nonresident proposer. “Resident” is defined in W.S. 16-6-101.
