Gregory Thomas Busboom of Hastings, Nebraska passed away unexpectedly at University Hospital in Omaha on March 27, 2026 at the age of 27 after recently being diagnosed and fighting a short, courageous battle with an aggressive brain cancer.
Greg was born to Jeffrey and Rhonda Busboom on March 10, 1999. Anxious to grace the world with his presence, Greg was born at 3 pounds, 2 ounces beside his 2 pound, 15 ounce twin brother Johnathon.

Greg loved the mountains and had set a future goal to find employment and relocate to a mountainous area that would afford him opportunities to enjoy the great outdoors and jeep trails.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents Roger and Corida Brunson and LaMoine (Boomer) Busboom, all of Wyoming. He is survived by his parents, a sister Alexis Pace of Billings, Montana, twin brother Johnathon of Hastings, grandmother Ardyce Busboom of Cody, Wyoming, aunt and uncle Brenda and Tracy McCullough of Powell, Wyoming, and numerous cousins.
Cremation has taken place and a celebration of life will be held this spring; then his ashes will be spread in a mountain area that he so longed for.
