The July heat didn’t stop the Good Old Boys from competing on the course, as the game of the week was two best balls.
In this game each team uses their two best net balls for their score.
Finishing in first place was the team of Curt Dugger, Olie Olson, Randy Mair and Joe Comer with a 125.
Second with a score of 130 went to the quartet of Terry Lane, Thom Seliga, Ed Swistak and Gerry Johns.
Just one stroke behind them in third was the team of Don Hardy, Dennis McCollum, Cas Seago and Dave Frost.
Fourth place with a 132 was the team of Paul Devoss, Rhett Wolff, Jim Core and Clark Jeffs.
One deuce was carded by Olson on hole No. 17.
The low net went to Olson with a 66 and the low gross was a tie between Hardy and Olson with an 80.
