Ending June with a game of X-cept 18 the Good Old Boys battled the heat and posted strong scores on the course.
In X-cept 18, each four man team uses one net ball on holes 1-9, two net balls on holes 10-17 and three net balls on hole No. 18.
Winning with a score of 103 was the team of Dennis McCollum, Joe Comer, Terry Lane and Larry Hedderman.
Just one stroke behind in second place with a 104 was the team of Clark Jeffs, Marc Saylor, Randy Mair and a blind draw of Jim Tobin.
Third place went to the team of Tobin, Dave Frost, Don Hardy and Lloyd Snyder with a 106.
Finishing fourth with a score of 109 was the team of Lane Snyder, Stephen Burtoft, Doug Firth and Ed Swistak.
Rounding out the team scores with a 115 was the quartet of Paul Devoss, Cas Seago, Bob Mason and Ray Nelson.
One deuce was carded by Hardy on hole No. 15.
The low net went to Hardy with a 71, as Hardy also tied for the low gross alongside Firth with a 77.
