NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
The Wyoming State Shooting Complex Joint Powers Board will accept written submittals to provide Design Build services for a Long Range Precision Classroom.
The Board is seeking qualified firms to provide design and construction services for the Classroom facility. The selected contractor will be selected based solely on qualifications and proposed pricing of the facility.
Written submittals must be submitted to the Wyoming Shooting Complex 1130 Sheridan Avenue #105 PO Box 1387, Cody, WY 82414, no later than 5:00 p.m. local time on September 25, 2026. Copies of the Request for Proposal may be obtained on the ShootWyooming.com website in the “Opportunities” tab. The Board reserves the right to award this project to the firm that best meets the outlined requirements. The Board also reserves the right to waive any informality in any submittal and/or reject all Requests for Proposals, and to accept the submittal that is in the best interest of the project.
