NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Melissa Braten has made a Verified Petition for Appointment of Wrongful Death Representative to the above Court as provided by Wyo. Stat. § 1-38-105 for an Order for Appointment of Wrongful Death Representative in the above-captioned matter.
Said Verified Petition is filed in the office of the Clerk of the District Court of the Fifth Judicial District at the Park County, Wyoming, Courthouse, any person claiming to qualify under Wyo. Stat. § 1-38-104(a) may intervene as a matter of right and should file within thirty (30) days from the date of the first publication hereof.
