CODY — The Park County Travel Council is once again accepting applications for tourism-focused community projects within the county that enhance the tourism industry through new outdoor recreation infrastructure, nonresident experiences and other tourism offerings impacting local communities.
The program is available to all types of organizations such as for-profit companies and nonprofit entities as well as local, county and tribal governments.
The Park County Travel Council, also known as Cody Yellowstone, will accept community program applications March 26-April 23. Individual grants will range from $10,000-$70,000.
“These grants are a terrific option for individuals and entities that have great project ideas but need help getting those projects started or pushed to the finish line,” said Ryan Hauck, executive director of Cody Yellowstone.
Initial applications will be reviewed by the Destination Development Committee comprised of Hauck and four members of the PCTC Board of Directors. Successful applications will be pre-approved or denied by May 16. In-person presentations to the complete Board of Directors of the Park County Travel Council and final approval will take place June 12.
Funding for Community Programs will be awarded within 90 days of the application deadline. Projects must near completion by June 30, 2026.
For more information or to request a grant application, contact Ryan Hauck at 307-587-8589 or ryan.hauck@codyyellowstone.org. Park County Destination Development Community Program funding applications can be found at codyyellowstone.org/pctc-forms.
