Two best net balls was the game of choice for the Good Old Boys on Aug. 23, setting the groups up into four-man teams.

The winning team came in with a score of 15-under par, finishing with a 129 between Lloyd Snyder, Todd Smith, Marc Saylor and Clark Jeffs.

Two stroke behind with a score of 131 was the team of Larry Hedderman, Joe Comer, Gerry Johns and Doug Firth.

Tying for third at 11-under were the teams of Judge Gambill, Paul Devoss, Dennis McCollum and Ed Swistak alongside the team of Don Hardy, Cas Seago, Jim Tobin and Robert Varian.

Finishing in sixth place with a score of 139 was the team of Curt Dugger, Bob Mason, Steve Burtoft and Ray Nelson.

Firth had the lone deuce of the day on hole No. 8 and finished with the low gross of 74.

Jeffs’ 70 was the low net on the day.
