A DECREE OF DISTRIBUTION
TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN SAID ESTATE:
You are hereby notified that on the 20th day of June, 2024, the undersigned applied to the above Court for a Decree of Distribution pursuant to the provisions of Wyoming Statute §2-1-205.
Notice is further given that all persons indebted to the decedent or to the estate are requested to make immediate payment to the undersigned at the office of McCarty, Reed and Earhart, Attorneys at Law, L.C., P.O. Box 1418, Cody, Wyoming 82414.
Creditors having claims against the decedent or the estate are required to file them in duplicate with the necessary vouchers, in the office of McCarty, Reed and Earhart, Attorneys at Law, L.C., P.O. Box 1418, Cody, Wyoming 82414, on or before August 12, 2024, and if such claims are not so filed, unless otherwise allowed or paid, they will be forever barred.
