NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
ENCHANTMENT CREEK APOTHECARY SUP-185
At their regular meeting on Tuesday, August 20, 2019 at 6:00pm, the Park County Planning & Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing to consider the Special Use Permit Application of Enchantment Creek Apothecary (Applicant Heather Olson). The project proposes a value-added agricultural business to be located in a GR-P (General Rural Powell) zoning district. This proposed facility is located at 1126 Lane 11, Powell, on a portion of 82.70 acres owned by Thomas B. and Tammara P. Jones, Trustees, described as Lots 53-A & 53-B and a portion of Lots 53-G and 53-H, T55N, R99W, 6th P.M., Park County, WY.
The hearing will be held in the Alternate Emergency Operating Center (EOC Room) located in the basement of the Courthouse Addition, 1002 Sheridan Ave., Cody, WY. In the event that multiple hearings are on the agenda, applications will be heard in the order in which they were received.
