PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on April 28, 2023, Brenda M. Nelson and Larry D. Nelson instituted an action in the Fifth Judicial District Court of the State of Wyoming in and for Park County, in the above-captioned case, requesting the Court appoint them as the co-wrongful death representatives for the potential wrongful death beneficiaries of Wendy M. Nelson, deceased. A hearing on the Petition is set for June 7, 2023 at 9:00 o’clock a.m. in the Park County District Court, Cody Wyoming. Any person claiming to qualify under Wyoming Statute § 1-38-104(a) may intervene as a matter of right.
