Quilling: Learn How To Quill, is 6 p.m. at the Powell Library at 217 E. Third St. Learn how to quill with Jeanna Merritt by learning to make a card. Quilling, or paper filigree, is the art of coiling strips of paper to create decorative designs. This artistic technique is believed to date back to the 16th century. All supplies will be provided for those who attend this free program open to those aged 13 and up.
