YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED and required to answer the Complaint of the above-named Plaintiff, a copy of which Complaint was filed with the Pennington County Clerk of Courts located at 315 Saint Joseph St, Ste 5, Rapid City, SD 57701, on July 10, 2023, and to serve a copy of your answer to said Complaint upon the below signed attorney at her address of 202 E. Saint Joseph Street, Rapid City, South Dakota, 57701, within thirty (30) days after service, exclusive of the day of service, and if you fail to answer said Complaint within the time aforesaid, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief requested in Plaintiffs’ Complaint.
NOTICE:
South Dakota law provides that upon the filing of a Complaint for divorce or separate maintenance or any other custody action or proceeding, the Plaintiff shall also file and serve upon the defendant a copy of the standard guidelines. The standard guidelines attached to the summons shall become an order of the court upon fulfillment of the requirements of service.
