Retail Liquor License Ownership Transfer &
New Restaurant Liquor License
Notice is hereby given that on April 17, 2019, two applications were received in the office of the Park County Clerk, one to transfer ownership of a Retail Liquor License from Texoming Run, LLC dba Bill Cody Ranch, to Jelks Ranch Holdings, LLC dba Bill Cody Ranch for the following described place and premises: section 19, T52N, R106W, 6th P.M. located at 2604 Northfork HWY, Cody, Wyoming. Another application was received for a new Restaurant Liquor License from Gunbarrel Creek, Inc. dba Absaroka Mountain Lodge for the following described place and premises: section 19, T52 R107W, 6th P.M. located at 1231 Northfork HWY, Cody, Wyoming. Protests, if any, against the transfer of said licenses shall be heard at 9:35 a.m. on May 21, 2019, in the Park County Commissioners’ Room located at 1002 Sheridan Avenue in Cody, Wyoming.
