LANDFILL
PHASE 2 CELL AND RELATED SITE
IMPROVEMENTS
PARK COUNTY, WYOMING
Sealed Bids will be received until 5:00 p.m. Monday June 17, 2024, for preparation of the Phase 2 waste disposal cell and related site improvements for the Park County Regional Landfill (PCRL) located near Cody, Wyoming. Bids will be opened Tuesday June 18, 2024 (Time TBD) at a regular meeting of the Board of Park County Commissioners. Required construction will be as specified in the Technical Specifications, as shown on the Construction Drawings, and as modified by Addenda, if any. Bids received after the bid date and time will not be accepted. Faxed bids will not be accepted. Sealed bids shall be submitted to the following location:

The Scope of Work for this project includes, but is not limited to, providing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, incidentals, and services necessary and required for construction of a municipal solid waste disposal cell (+/- 7 acres) including underdrain system, bottom liner, leachate collection system, and protective cover layer. Related work will include gravel road improvements, drainage improvements, pavement sealing/striping, and construction of a pump station building. Work will include earthwork stripping, onsite waste relocation, excavation, grading, soils placement, moisture conditioning, compacting, seeding and installation of erosion control measures.
