Jacquie was born on July 21, 1948, in Milford, Utah, to Lane W. and LaDawne Muncey Frazier. She was the first of eight children.

Jacquie spent her earliest years in Milford, where she was joined by Janet LaDawne, Russell and Vivian Elane. The family then moved to California and grew with the birth of David, William and Susan. After a few years, the family traveled to Wyoming in hopes of work in Alaska. The job fell through and the family stayed in Powell where Lane went to work at Powell Ready Mix for his brother Alvin. Jacquie attended school in Powell; junior high and Powell High School, finishing her education in Denver, Colorado.

Jacquie’s first child, Brenda, was born in Powell and placed for adoption. They would later be reunited. Jacquie married Greg Wilson in Denver, and Danielle and Larry were born to this union. The couple later divorced. After many years, Jacquie’s job and interest took her to Louisiana, where she met and married Robert Myers. Together they brought three daughters, Rebecca, Alicia, and Jessica, to the family.

She loved the water and performed with the aquatics team while at Powell High School. She loved the beach and that kept her in Louisiana where she was close to her three youngest daughters. She kept in touch with her daughter and son in Denver over the years. Brenda and Jacquie were reunited in Denver while they were both living there. Brenda later relocated to Mississippi where they continued their relationship.

Jacquie died following a battle with atypical Parkinson’s disease. It progressed very rapidly and sadly she was mostly paralyzed during the last months. She died surrounded by her daughters on Wednesday, Aug. 14, in Jefferson, Louisiana.

She is survived by her children and their spouses, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren; siblings Janet (Levi) Adams, Russell James (Jackie) Frazier, Elane (Martin) Timmons, David Frazier, Susan Nelson (Jim Tolman), Mike (Sherry) Frazier, and Brad (Linda) Frazier; many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Jacquie was 76 years old. She will be missed.

Cremation has taken place and no services are planned.
