INVITATION TO BID
Park County, Wyoming, is soliciting bids for furnishing all tools, labor, materials, transportation and services necessary for the application of dust suppressant (magnesium chloride or calcium chloride) to approximately 17 miles of Park County’s road system. The applications will be made for approximately 11 miles of roadway near Meeteetse, Wyoming, approximately 2.5 miles near Cody, Wyoming and approximately 3.5 miles near Powell, Wyoming.
A complete application packet may be obtained by emailing bmcdonald@parkcounty.us. Sealed Bids must be addressed to the Park County Clerk, 1002 Sheridan Avenue, Cody WY 82414 and delivered in a sealed envelope marked “Attention FY2019 CMAQ-Dust Control Application” to the address above, no later than 5:00 pm local time, Friday November 15, 2019, Bid opening will take place at the regular meeting of the Board of Park County Commissioners on Tuesday, November 19, 2019.
Bids must be submitted on the Proposal Form provided by the Owner. The successful bidder must furnish the required Performance Bond within ten (10) days after notification that he or she was awarded the Bid. Bid and Contract Documents are available at the Engineers office in the Public Works Office Building - located at: 1131 11th Street Cody Wyoming 82414.
Bids may not be withdrawn after the time fixed for the opening. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and reject any and all bids.
Preferences shall be given to Wyoming Contractors, subcontractors, laborers and materials as required by all current Wyoming Statutes (W.S. 16-6-101, et sec., and 16-6-201 et sec.).
