MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING: Thursday, February 8, 2024, at 4:00 P.M.

Bidders are advised that Davis Bacon Prevailing Wages and State of Wyoming Labor Standards Act apply to this contract. Bidders are required to include a bid bond in the amount of 10% of the base bid, payable to the Park County School District #1 in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
No electronic bids will be accepted. Park County School District #1 reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities or informalities in the bidding. The District further reserves the right to cancel or amend the bid materials and Contract Documents at any time and will notify all persons requesting proposal documents accordingly.
