Hope Lutheran Church of Powell is thanking the community members for their purchases and support at the church-wide garage sale fundraiser held in June.
All proceeds of the garage sale, along with the congregation’s special offering in June, were donated to First Stop Help Center of Park County.
First Stop is a program within the nonprofit organization The Foundation for Heart Mountain Free Clinic, that offers resources, case management, direct financial assistance and community training to community members who are low income or facing crisis. The organization offers community training around suicide prevention, budgeting, domestic violence and human trafficking prevention, poverty and bridging the gap.
