Notice is given that Cheryl Jean Davis, beneficiary pursuant to Wyoming Laws of Intestate Succession, respectively, filed with the Clerk of the above Court her Application for Summary Distribution of Real Property pursuant to W.S. 2-1-205, the prayer of which is that the District Court enter a Decree of Distribution for decedent’s the interest in the real property located in Park County, Wyoming, more specifically found in:
The following described and certain overriding royalties of oil and gas, in, on or produced from the lands and premises hereinafter described, in the amounts and percentages as hereinafter specified, measured and payable in the same manner and at the same time as the similar royalty interests of the lessors of said lands and premises are measured, and payable according to the terms of certain oil and gas leases and permits outstanding, or to be issued, to-wit:

All of the above-described lands and premises are in Park County, Wyoming and are embraced in oil and gas leases now outstanding and of record.
The lands and premises described in this paragraph are embraced in and covered by U.S. Government oil and gas permits, which specifically provide for preference and non-preference acreage and said royalty assignments are made subject to the selections of acreage to be made by the various permittees hereinafter named or their successors in interest.
1/4 of 1% on the preference acreage and 7/16 of 1% on the non-preference acreage of all of S.8, 18 and 20, in T57N, R.101 W of the 6th P.M., Park County, Wyoming, and above-described lands being included in the John Large permit Serial No. Cheyenne 045634 and containing 2,193.13 acres, more or less;
5/8 of 1% on the preference acreage and 7/16 of 1% on the non-preference acreage of the W1/2NW1/4, SE1/4NW1/4, SW1/4, W1/2SE1/4, SE1/4SE1/4, of S.10; all of S.14 and 26, in T57N, R.101 W of the 6th P.M.; all of S.6 and the W1/2SW1/4, SE1/4SW1/4, of S.5 in T56N, R.100 W of the 6th P.M., Park County, Wyoming;
All of the above-described lands and premises are embraced in the Owen Spence permit Serial No. Lander 015562-Cheyenne 045325, containing 2,440 acres, more or less.
5/8 of 1% on the preference acreage and 7/16 of 1% on the non-preference acreage of all of S.2, S1/2NW1/4, NE1/4SW1/4, of S.3, W1/2NW1/4, W1/2SW1/4, SE1/4SW1/4, S1/2SE1/4 of S.4 and all of S.12 in T57N, R.101 W of the 6th P.M., Park County, Wyoming;
The above-described lands are embraced in the Louise Forsman permit Serial No. Cheyenne 046531, containing 1,680 acres, more or less.
5/8 of 1% on the preference acreage and 7/16 of 1% on the non-preference acreage of all of S.22, 28, 32 and 34, in T57N, R.101 W of the 6th P.M., Park County, Wyoming;
All of the above-described lands are embraced in the Frank L. Mann permit Serial No. Cheyenne 145631, containing 2,560 acres, more or less.
5/8 of 1% on the preference acreage and 7/16 of 1% on the non-preference acreage of S.24, in T57N, R.101 W of the 6th P.M., and S.30 and 32 of T57N, R. 100 W of the 6th P.M., Park County, Wyoming.
All of the above-described lands are embraced in the Alice M. Leach permit Serial No. Cheyenne 045324, containing 1,920 acres, more or less.
Any person or person disputing the application are required to file their dispute in the office of the Clerk of said Court on or before 30 days after the date of the first publication of this Notice, and if such claims are not so filed, they will be forever barred.
