CRH Foundation hosts open house for first responders

CODY — The CRH Foundation invites the community to an open house in honor of National First Responders’ Day on Wednesday, Oct. 28, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the ambulance bay at Cody Regional Health.

This special event offers the public an opportunity to show appreciation for Cody's Emergency Medical Services team, explore one of the ambulances, and learn more about the Foundation’s ongoing fundraising efforts in support of the “When Every Mile Matters” campaign to purchase a new ambulance.

Alongside law enforcement, firefighters, and search and rescue partners, these first responders provide life-saving care when our community needs it most.

“At Cody Regional Health Foundation, we want to take a moment to say thank you to the  incredible team of EMTs and paramedics who serve our community, county, and region,” Foundation Director Heather Stambaugh said. “We deeply appreciate the sacrifices you  make and the service you offer in partnership with your fellow first responders.”

The Foundation welcomes community members to stop by Cody Regional Health for light refreshments, a chance to tour an ambulance, and an opportunity to personally thank the  Emergency Medical Services team for all they do.
