After a break for Labor Day, workers are back at it on the west side of downtown paving on the north side of U.S. Highway 14A between Powell and Ralston.
Mountain Construction wrapped up placement of hot plant mix pavement the week prior and have been paving approaches. The contractor will also be working on patching side streets and parking lots.
Placement of a 3/4-inch plant mix wearing coarse surface on the north side of the highway was expected to start towards the middle of the week once the approaches are completed.
Traffic will remain in its current configuration at reduced speeds until further notice.
