Connie Kay Powell was born in Powell, Wyoming on Oct. 16, 1951 to Boots and Marie Larsen.
She graduated from Powell High School in 1970 and graduated from Northwest College in 1972. She moved to Cody, Wyoming in 1974 and worked for the Park County Clerk's Office. She moved to Casper, Wyoming in May 1985 and worked for State Farm Agency. She married Steven Powell on Nov. 17, 1990. Steven passed away Dec. 29, 2014. Connie retired from State Farm Agency in August of 2014.
Connie enjoyed traveling, gambling, doing crossword puzzles and watching Denver Broncos football.
There will be no memorial service held for Connie per her wishes. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Casper Humane Society.
