Clark SS-85 public hearing

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
SECOND AMENDED PLAT OF CLARK SS-85
At their regular meeting on Tuesday, November 19, 2019 at 10:45 am, the Park County Board of Commissioners will conduct a public hearing to consider the Second Amended Plat of Clark Simple Subdivision (SS-85) (Applicants: Dusty, Kristie and Clinton Franklin). The proposed amended plat shall vacate Lot 1-A and Lot 2 and create two new lots: one 3.03-acre lot designated for residential use and one 24.73-acre lot designated for residential/agricultural use. The subdivision is east of Road 11 and north of Lane 6, approximately 3.5 miles northeast of Powell, in a General Rural-Powell (GR-P) zoning district (Address: 571 Road 11, Powell).
The hearing will be held in the Commissioners Meeting Room #105 in the Original Courthouse, 1002 Sheridan Ave., Cody, WY.
