NOTICE OF EXECUTION SALE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a civil judgment was issued against the above named debtor in the Circuit Court of the Fifth Judicial District of Park County, Wyoming, civil action number 2018-895, whereby Mike Asay, d/b/a AC Electric as Plaintiff was given a judgment against Justin Jarrett as Defendant in the amount of $7516.98, plus statutory interest, accruing costs and attorney fees associated with collection. Pursuant to said judgment, this Court properly issued a Writ of Execution, which was executed by the Park County Sheriff on June 11, 2015 at 10:15 a.m., and a Sheriff Deputy, pursuant to said Writ of Execution, seized and levied the following personal property of the Defendant, to wit:
EXISS MAXIMUM HORSE TRAILER, VIN#4LAAH2826X1004732 bearing
Wyoming Registration11-2727.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that said personal property is currently being safely stored by the Plaintiff and that the Park County Sheriff, or his deputy, pursuant to said Judgment and Wyoming Statute, will sell the personal property at public auction, to the highest bidder for cash on the steps of the Park County Courthouse, Cody, Wyoming, on the 4th day of October, 2019.
