The Buffalo Bill Center of the West’s Holiday Open House, an annual tradition in Cody, is Dec. 6-7.
The event offers two free days to explore the Center’s five spacious museums, complimentary hot cocoa and candy canes, live singing and music, discounts in Points West Market to jumpstart your Christmas shopping, and more.
Families attending are encouraged to share the holiday spirit by contributing to the collection boxes that will be stationed at the front door entrance. Bring nonperishable food items to be distributed through local food pantries and/or bring new, packaged toys to be distributed through Holiday Helpers.
Santa will be visiting the Center from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. both days of the Holiday Open House.
The Draper Museum Raptor Experience happens each day at 1 p.m.
There will also be membership deals to save $25 on any Buffalo Bill Center of the West membership (new, renewal, or gift) during the Holiday Open House.
Curatorial staff will also be available to interact with visitors and answer questions in their museums from 1-3 p.m. each day.
