This notice is hereby given pursuant to Wyo. Stat. § 1-21-1210, that the property owner has regained lawful possession of the leased premises and the former tenant has abandoned the following personal property at 161 Cloudy Dr., Cody, 82414:
Clothes; lamps; printer(s); stool(s); chair(s); décor; artwork; photographs; rug(s); blankets; general kitchen items; bedding; vase(s); general electronics; television; one small safe; seasonal decorations; Starlink system; any and all other property left behind at the above-referenced address.
As stated in Wyo. Stat. 1-21-1210(a)(i), all abandoned property will be disposed of after 7 days from the date of publication of this Notice unless the former tenant, within those 7 days, schedules a time to take possession of the abandoned property, or notify the property owner, through their attorney at Burg Simpson Eldredge Hersh & Jardine, P.C. of the intent to reclaim the property. Any notification must be made in writing. If notice is provided within those 7 days, but the former tenant then fails to take possession of the abandoned personal property within 15 days from the date of publication of this Notice, said property will be disposed of without further notice.
Take notice that the property owner is entitled to payment of storage costs for the period the property remains in safekeeping, plus the cost of removal of property to the place of storage. The property owner shall be allowed reasonable storage costs if they store the property themselves, or actual storage costs if the property is stored commercially. Payment of storage costs shall be made prior to repossessing the property. The property owners are not responsible for any loss resulting from storage.
