NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS

832 East 3rd St., and 274 N. Ingalls St.)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the Powell Planning and Zoning Commission in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building at Powell, Wyoming, on Monday, May 22, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. and that a public hearing will be held by the governing body of the City of Powell in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building in Powell, Wyoming, on Monday, June 5, 2023, at 6:00 p.m., the purpose of which is to consider the re-zoning of the following described properties from their current zoning designation as B-G, General Business District, per Chapter 17.36 of the Powell Municipal Code, to R-M, Residential Mixed Use District, pursuant to Chapter 17.32 of the Powell Municipal Code.
The legal description of the subject real properties is as follows:
The N. 75’ of S. 150’ of W/2 Lot B; the N. 50’ of W/2 Lot B; the E/2 Lot B excepting the S. 75’; and the N/2 of Lot A, all within Block 38, Original Town of Powell, Park County Wyoming.
