TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN SAID ESTATE:
You are hereby notified that on the 30th day of November, 2020, Steven Neil Weaver made application for a Decree of Distribution of the assets of Joseph E. Weaver, including the following-described real property:
Lot 6, Block 1 in the Kinder Subdivision in Tract 70, T.53N., R.101W., 6th P.M., according to the plat recorded in Book “C” of Plats, at page 49, records of Park County, State of Wyoming.
Any person or persons disputing the application are required to file their dispute in the office of the Clerk of said Court, on or before thirty days after the date of the first publication of this Notice, and, if such claims are not so filed, unless otherwise allowed or paid, they will be forever barred.
