NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
ELITE INVESTING VARIANCE REQUEST
At their regular meeting on Tuesday, May 21, 2024, at 11:25am, the Park County Board of Commissioners will conduct a public hearing to consider the Variance Request Application of Tyrone McGowan (applicant) on behalf of Elite Investing, LLC. The applicant is seeking a variance to establish three or more principal uses on a single property by constructing a 6,000-square-foot, multi-office shop building to house up to three separate businesses, in addition to operating another existing use on the property. The proposed use is within an approximately 1.03-acre parcel described as Lot 4, Powell Industrial Park, recorded in Plat Bk. C, Pg. 154; being part of Lot 61-D, T55N R99W of the 6th P.M., Park County, WY. The property is located adjacent to the City of Powell municipal boundary, at the northeast corner of the intersection of Road 8 and Adams Drive in the Powell Planning Area, in an Industrial zoning district with an address of 917 Road 8, Powell, WY.
