Dear Editor:
As the director of the Powell Senior Center I would like to thank the Powell Tribune for taking on the cost of adding in the “Support Powell Life” section to the newspaper to share with the community what is still available during this COVID time.
I would also like to applaud the last page of this section that has the puzzles and games.
The senior center is working hard to keep our seniors engaged while staying home, we have so many active individuals and staying home is not typically on the agenda. Having puzzles, and games, really helps keep the mind active and allows for something to do from the safety of your own home.
Thank you once again for keeping our community a priority!
Cathy Florian
