NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TOPHOJ MINOR SUBDIVISION (MS-36)
At a special meeting on Tuesday, May 27, 2020 at 1:00pm, the Park County Planning & Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing to consider the Sketch Plan of Tophoj Minor Subdivision (MS-36) (Applicants: Elton and Lauren Tophoj). The applicants request to create three lots; one 3.47-acre lot, one 3.5-acre lot, and one 3.78-acre lot for residential use. The parcel is located in Lot 74-J, Lot 74 (NWSW, Original Section 32), T55N, R98W, 6th P.M., Park County, Wyoming, in a General Rural-Powell (GR-P) zoning district with an address of 1263 Road 6, Powell, WY.
The hearing will be held in the Alternate Emergency Operating Center (EOC Room) located in the basement of the Courthouse Addition, 1002 Sheridan Ave., Cody, WY. Should public access to the building be prohibited due to COVID-19 response, instructions on how to participate in the meeting virtually will be provided at www.parkcounty.us at least 24 hours prior to the hearing date. In the event that multiple hearings are on the agenda, applications will be heard in the order in which they were received.
