NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
RALSTON GOOD 2 GO SUP-212
At their regular meeting on Tuesday, March 2, 2021 at 11:25 am, the Park County Board of Commissioners will conduct a public hearing to consider the Special Use Permit (SUP) Application for the Ralston Good 2 Go SUP-212 (Applicants: Horrocks Engineers). The property owner, #5 Ralston WY Property, LLC., is proposing a Highway Commercial Business which would be an update and expansion to the existing store/gas station. The proposed use is located in Ralston in Barrows Subdivision, Lots 14-17 and Barrows Amended Subdivision, Lots 18A-21A, T55N, R100W of the 6th P.M., Park County, Wyoming in a Transitional (T) and Commercial (C) zoning district, respectively.
The hearing will be held in the Alternate Emergency Operating Center (EOC Room) located in the basement of the Courthouse Addition, 1002 Sheridan Ave., Cody, WY. Should public access to the building be prohibited due to COVID-19 response, instructions on how to participate in the meeting virtually will be provided at www.parkcounty.us at least 24 hours prior to the hearing date.
