NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
JODY LANE MINOR SUBDIVISION (MS-63)
SKETCH PLAN
At their regular meeting on Wednesday, November 17, 2021 at 1:00pm, the Park County Planning & Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing to consider the application and Sketch Plan for the Jody Lane Minor Subdivision (MS-63) (Applicant: Brett Whitlock). The applicant requests to vacate Lot 2 of the Miller SS-33 Subdivision and create four lots; approximately 5-acres each, totaling 20.38-acres for residential use. The proposed subdivision is located approximately 8.5 miles southwest of Cody and is described as Lot 2 of Miller SS-33, Resurvey T52N, R102W of the 6thnow P.M., Park County, Wyoming in a General Rural 5-Acre (GR-5) zoning district.
The hearing will be held in the Alternate Emergency Operating Center (EOC Room) located in the basement of the Courthouse Addition, 1002 Sheridan Ave., Cody, WY. In the event that multiple hearings are on the agenda, complete applications will be heard in the order in which they were received.
