NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
FRENCH SIGN VARIANCE REQUEST #4
On Tuesday, June 18, 2024 at 10:10am, the Park County Board of Commissioners will conduct a public hearing to consider the Variance Request Application of Kevin French. The applicant is proposing to add a single, 600-square-foot billboard face to the back side of an existing billboard structure on a property in a General Rural Powell (GR-P) zoning district. Signs within the GR-P zoning district are restricted to 80 square feet. The applicant is requesting a variance from the sign size restriction. The applicant previously requested approval for this sign in April of 2023, but the request was denied. The site of the proposed sign is within a 10.9-acre parcel east of Ralston, described as that part of Lot 15 Section 24, Lot 8 Section 25 and Lot 3 Section 26, lying South of Highway 14A, T55N, R100W of the 6th P.M., Park County, Wyoming.
