He had plans to work and attend graduate school in Tucson. Seth is survived by his parents, Claude and Janice Dotson, and a sister, Rachel, all of Hood River, Ore. Memorial gifts may be made to the Northwest College Foundation, which will initiate an art scholarship in Seth's memory.
