Proposition to Impose a One Percent (1%)
Optional Sales Tax in Park County
Notice is hereby given that the following question will appear on all November 3, 2020 General Election ballots within Park County.
Proposed One Percent (1%) Optional Sales Tax
Shall Park County, Wyoming be authorized to adopt and cause to be imposed a one percent (1%) general purpose sales and use excise tax within Park County, Wyoming, the proceeds from which and any interest earned thereon to be used for the purpose of general revenue. If approved the same proposition will be submitted at every other subsequent general election until the proposition is defeated.
