Request for quote

Park County School District #1 is seeking submittals regarding a Request for Quote (RFQ).
“RFQ 2020 Technology” is due Wednesday, September 2, 2020, by 1 PM Mountain Time, as received by Mary Jo Lewis, Coordinator of Business Services.
Electronic submittal of all documents is allowed and preferred; please email to MJLewis@pcsd1.org and in the subject line put “RFQ 2020 Technology”.
In detail, the District seeks to entertain RFQs for the purchases of three disparate line items; each line item is considered a separate purchase. Each line item placed within an RFQ shall include price point and estimated time of arrival (ETA) into the District.
• 300 (three-hundred) HP 11 1A783UT#ABA Chromebooks.
• 150 (one hundred and fifty) Google licenses.
• 105 (one hundred and five) Elmo TT-12W STEM-CAM Visual Presenter (Mfg. Part 1379).

The District reserves the right to accept or reject any RFQ in part or whole.
