NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR SUMMARY DISTRIBUTION OF REAL PROPERTY
Notice is given that on November 1, 2021, Brady Reitz, Personal Representative, pursuant to Wyoming Laws of Testate Succession, respectively, filed with the Clerk of the above Court his Application for Summary Distribution of Real Property pursuant to W.S. 2-1-205, the prayer of which is that the District Court enter a Decree of Distribution for decedent’s interest in the real estate located in Park County, Wyoming, more specifically found in:
T. 58 N., R. 101 W., 6TH P.M., PARK COUNTY, WYOMING, SECTION 23: THAT PART OF SW1/4SW1/4, SECTION 26: THAT PART OF W1/2NW1/4, AND SECTION 27: THAT PART OF N1/2NE1/4 AND SE1/4NE1/4, DESCRIBED AND SHOWN AS WH-88, WESTERN HEARTLAND-PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE RECORD OF SURVEY RECORDED MAY 2, 2008 AS DOCUMENT NO. 2008-3512, CABINET “J”, PAGE 96. THIS TRACT CONSISTS OF 36.0 ACRES.
Any person or person disputing the application are required to file their dispute in the office of the Clerk of said Court on or before 30 days after the date of the first publication of this Notice, and if such claims are not so filed, they will be forever barred.
