NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
DIAMOND VIEW RANCH RV PARK SUP-266
At their regular meeting on Wednesday, June 12, 2024, at 1 p.m., the Park County Planning & Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing to consider a Special Use Permit (SUP) Application for the Diamond View Ranch RV Park SUP-266 (Applicants/landowners: Jesse & Jamie Blankenship). The applicants are proposing fourteen (14) RV sites with electric hookups (no septic or water at this time), along with a dog run and horse runs. The use is proposed within a 35-acre parcel located approximately 8 miles northwest of Powell, 5.5 miles northwest of Ralston, and west of State Highway 294. The parcel is described as part of Farm Unit B, within the N1/2 of Section 6, T55N, R100W of the 6th P.M., Park County, Wyoming. The unaddressed property is within a General Rural Powell (GR-P) zoning district, in the Cody/Powell Rural planning area.
The hearing will be held in the Grizzly Room located in the Park County Library, 1500 Heart Mountain Street, Cody, WY.
