NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held in the Council Chambers of City Hall, Powell, Wyoming, by the governing body of the City of Powell on July 6, 2020, at 6:00 P.M., the purpose of which is to consider sale of property located at 1030 Washington Street, Powell, Wyoming, (Gluten-free Oats Facility) and more particularly described as: Homestead Industrial Park, Lots 11 and 12, Block 2, T. 55N. R. 99W., Park County, Wyoming. Pursuant to Wyoming Statute Section 15-1-112(b), the appraised value of the real property described herein is $600,000.
