Northwest Rural Water District (NRWD) is requesting quotes for TWO new, Chevrolet / GMC / Ford / Ram, half-ton, four wheel drive, minimum 6’ box, four door, crew cab pickup trucks. Quotes will be accepted until 4:00 P.M. on FRIDAY 1 MARCH, 2024. Quotes are to be submitted signed by a duly authorized agent of the supplier and submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Half Ton, Four Wheel Drive, Crew Cab Pickup Truck”, addressed to: District Manager, Northwest Rural Water District, 526 Stone Street, Cody, WY 82414. The District Manager will open said quotes on Monday, 4 MARCH, 2024 at 8:00 A.M. Quotes submitted by telephone, fax, or e-mail will not be accepted. The Northwest Rural Water District reserves the right to reject any and all quotes, to waive any and all informalities, to negotiate final terms with the successful dealer, and the right to disregard any or all non-conforming, non-responsive, or conditional quotes.
