PUBLIC NOTICE
Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the Wyoming Public Service Commission’s (Commission) Rules, the Commission hereby gives notice of Garland Light and Power Company (Garland Light or the Cooperative) Application for authority to revise its rules and regulations regarding winter office hours.
1. Garland Light is a non-profit cooperative public utility subject to the Commission’s jurisdiction. (Wyo. Stat. §§ 37-1-101(a)(vi)(C) and 37-2-112.)
2. On January 7, 2023, Garland Light submitted its Application seeking Commission approval to revise its rules and regulations regarding winter office hours. The requested change will modify the hours the Cooperative’s office will be open. Prior to the requested change the Cooperative’s office has been open from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, starting on the first full week in October through the last full week in April. If approved, the Cooperative’s office will be open from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on Fridays during the same weeks of the year. No changes are requested to summer hours, which include all weeks outside of those included in winter hours, or listed holidays.

4. Anyone desiring to file a statement, intervention petition, protest or request for a public hearing in this matter must do so, in writing, on or before February 16, 2023. Petitions shall set forth the grounds of the proposed intervention or request for hearing as well as the position and the interest of the petitioner in this proceeding.
